2025-2026 Housing Rate 

The 2025-2026 Housing Rate is  $6,480.00 ($3,240.00 per semester).

Current Residence Hall Students

The 2025-2026 Residence Hall and Meal Plan Contracts will be emailed on February 7, 2025 to your Rockford University email address.   Please review the 2025-2026 Room Selection Guide regarding the room selection process.

Room Selection Guide- 2025-2026

The Room Selection Guide provides information on the Priority Housing Process, Room Selection Dates, and 2025-2026 Housing Options.  Please review the selection guide closely.

The Priority Housing Deadline to participate in housing selection is Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 5:00 pm.

To participate in the priority housing selection process, current residence hall students must have completed the following by April 15,2025 at 5:00 pm.
1.  Electronically completed and submitted the 2025-2026 Housing & Meal Plan Contract with the included Emergency Information Form & Missing Student Form
2.  Have all holds removed from your Rockford University Account.
3.  Be registered as full-time status for 2025-2026.

If you have any questions about the Room Sign-Up process after reviewing the Room Selection Guide, please speak with either a Residence Hall Director or the Assistant Dean of Students/Director of Residence Life.

New Incoming Rockford University Students

The Home Away from Home Newsletter/Flyer from the Admissions Office will have the 2025-2026 link for the  Housing & Meal Plan Contract.  It can be completed at anytime once you have received the Newsletter.  It is also linked here:

Housing assignments will be processed for new incoming students and current commuter students after May 1, 2025.

Applications will be processed based on the date of contract received and class registration as a full-time student has been completed for Fall 2025.
