Assistant Professor of Kinesiology, Boe joined Rockford University in 2011 as an Adjunct Professor and then as an Assistant Professor in 2012. She earned her B.S. in Physical Education and Health and her M.S. in Exercise Science from Seattle Pacific University. She has taught Physical Education and coached elementary through high school students in Washington, Wisconsin and Illinois during the last 26 years. She has also worked as a Fitness Director, doing exercise testing and prescription, as well as developing fitness programs for various populations specializing in prenatal exercise.‌
