All Employees of Rockford University are required to complete Responsible Employee Training surrounding Title IX/Sexual Misconduct and Gender-Based Discrimination. This workshop will cover response, intervention, and referral for persons harmed or wrong as a result of sex and gender-based concerns, including harassment and retaliation. We will look beyond Title IX and other compliance areas to Creating a Responsive and Supportive Environment: Through Timely Responses, Equitable Processes and Support Services.
