Revitalize daily interactions with children and families with research-based, development-fostering strategies that boost language development, strengthen social-emotional skills, and increase self-directed behavior. Discover principles to assist children in managing emotions, mediating stress, and honoring the needs of themselves and others. Participants will explore action steps to prepare the setting, materials, activities, and routines to minimize challenges and foster competence for success. This interactive session will present respectful, relational resources to guide children’s behavior and respond to challenging behavior with new insight and effective skill.
