The Strategic Planning Steering Committee is working to finalize the next strategic plan. Members of the Strategic Planning Steering committee include Vice Presidents Cascione, Custardo, Hawsey, Perry, Worden; three faculty – Kelly James (Library), Amy Martin (Psychology), and Jennifer Rea (English); and four staff – Maria Diemer (Global Affairs), Cheryl Henert (Advancement), Jen Saylor (Athletics), and Ed Tomaszkiewicz (Facilities). 

The draft strategic plan is presented in four themes – Engage, Build, Grow, and Experience. There are theme teams that have worked to develop initiatives to support each of these themes. Each of the theme teams will hold two open meetings for faculty and staff to present the work done so far and to receive feedback. All sessions will be held in Fischer Chapel. Please mark your calendars and plan to attend at least one session on each of the themes.
