Rockford University will hold its 165^th commencement ceremony on Sunday, May 19, 2 p.m. at the Coronado Performing Arts Center, 314 N. Main St. in downtown Rockford. The University will award undergraduate and graduate degrees to approximately 350 students from 22 states and 12 countries.
